Lost items

If a passenger believes they have forgotten any item on the train or at a railway station, they can call the short number "1822" or approach the information center at the station.

According to the rules, any item found on a train or at a station is recorded and handed over to the station duty officer. A person claiming their lost item must approach the station duty officer and present an identity document. If the described item is registered in the system, it is returned to the passenger in accordance with the documents. The passenger must fill out a form confirming they have received their item.

If the found item has a shelf life exceeding 30 days, it is stored in the station's warehouse. Perishable goods (food, fruits, vegetables, etc.) are destroyed after a report is made.
