Fare refund

Following rules are applied for the refund of the payment for the tickets:

During the refund process: 

• If the travel document (ticket) is returned before the train departs, the cost of the bedding set is fully refunded to the passenger; 
• The commission fee paid in advance for ticket processing is not refunded to the passenger; 
• A refund comission fee, determined by the carrier, is deducted from the passenger during the refund documentation process; 
• When tickets are purchased via POS terminal the amount is refunded to payers bank account within 7-30 calendar days.
