Following rules are applied for the refund of the payment for the tickets:
During the refund process:
The commission fee paid in advance for ticket processing is not refunded to the passenger;
A refund comission fee, determined by the carrier, is deducted from the passenger during the refund documentation process;
When a domestic trip ticket is returned, a service fee of 5 AZN is charged. Reissuing a lost or damaged travel document costs 10 AZN (excluding electronic travel documents);
If the travel document (ticket) is returned before the train departs, the cost of the bedding set is fully refunded to the passenger;
When tickets are purchased via POS terminal the amount is refunded to payers bank account within 7–30 working days.
