- In addition to the hand luggage allowance, passengers may carry one pair of skis (including ski poles) or a snowboard (in a case) free of charge, placed in the designated area for hand luggage;
- The passenger is responsible for the safety and security of their hand luggage. If there is doubt about the weight of the hand luggage, the carrier has the right to request a weight check. Hand luggage can be weighed by the carrier at control scales located with wagon attendants, at stations (terminals), and other designated places;
- It is prohibited for wagon attendants and locomotive crews to accept parcels, hand luggage, letters, payment means, etc., from unauthorized persons for transport;
- The transport of motorized, fuel-operated, or battery-powered scooters, bicycles, and other mobility devices is prohibited on the train, except for wheelchairs and other necessary technical aids for persons with limited mobility.
Hand Luggage on Single-Deck "Stadler" Trains:
- Passengers traveling in first class may carry hand luggage weighing up to 30 kg and with total dimensions not exceeding 180 cm (80x60x40) free of charge. Hand luggage of sizes "S" and "M," as well as folded strollers, may be placed on racks above the seats, provided they are not stacked. Luggage of size "L" and folded strollers may only be placed in designated luggage areas;
- Passengers in other classes may carry hand luggage weighing up to 23 kg and with total dimensions not exceeding 180 cm (80x60x40) free of charge. Hand luggage of sizes "S" and "M," as well as folded strollers, may be placed on racks above the seats, provided they are not stacked. Hand luggage of sizes "M" and "L" and folded strollers may only be placed in designated luggage areas.
Hand Luggage on Double-Deck "Stadler" Trains:

Hand Luggage on "Express" Trains:
- Each passenger may carry hand luggage weighing up to 23 kg and with total dimensions not exceeding 180 cm (80x60x40) free of charge. Hand luggage and folded strollers may only be placed in designated luggage areas in the carriage.
CARRIAGE OF EXCESS BAGGAGE: Passengers are allowed to carry an additional 10 kg of hand luggage on the trains. In this case, the passenger must pay a transportation fee of 40 AZN for carrying up to 10 kg of additional hand luggage (regardless of whether it is 1, 2, 5, or 10 kg). The extra luggage may be allowed onto the train after the passenger's hand luggage receipt is issued by the carrier's representative, or the QU-57 receipt is issued by the train manager at the registration point.
Attention! In accordance with the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, items removed from civil circulation, items with restricted civil circulation unless they have a special permit and hand luggage that may damage or soil the carriage or other passengers' hand luggage, as well as items with strong odors, flammable, toxic, highly combustible, explosive, and other hazardous substances, are not accepted for transport.
