Payment methods

Payment via ADY Mobile

ADY Mobile app enables passesngers to buy, return tickets for all destinations, top up its balance, check train schedules and get news and updates about travelling via trains.

With topping up the ADY Mobile balance without using a bank card, passengers can scan the barcode for their travel and pass through the turnstile.

ADY Mobile is available for download on App Store and Google Play.

Payment by bank card

Contactless payment is available for cardholders of any bank at all suburban stations.

Payment with a ADY Card

Tickets for suburban trains can be bought via ADY Card.

The balance of the card can be topped up at e-kiosks located in stations or at ticket offices by any amount. Here you can find the guidelines on how to use ADY Card.

From the ticket offices

Tickets can be purchased directly at the ticket offices.

Passengers must present their identity document for ticket purchase.

*When using contactless payment methods, only the fare is deducted from the passengers' balance. No additional amount is charged. It should be noted that for NFC payments, using the same payment method is mandatory. That is, the payment must be made with the card at both entry and exit, or with the device at both times. Using different payment methods at entry and exit will result in a penalty for the passenger. For example, if a passenger uses the card at entry and a device linked to that card (mobile phone, watch, etc.) at exit, the system considers these as different payment methods and a penalty will be applied.
